Dr. He Xiaodong is currently the Ex- ecutive Vice President of the Institute of Artificial Intelligence for JD Group and the Director of the Deep Learn- ing & Speech and Language Lab. He is also an adjunct professor of the Department of Electronic and Com- puter Engineering for University of Washington (Seattle), and the Dean of IEEE (Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers).
